What this is
The Threefold Path is a school of the threefold human being: body, soul, and spirit; willing, feeling, and thinking. Its whole work is one movement, from compulsion to freedom, and from freedom to love. The Path holds this as philosophy: most of what passes for choice is compulsion running unobserved; freedom is a capacity, and capacities are trained; freedom that does not ripen into love has stopped short of its end. The three pillars (Body, Balance, Being) are those dimensions made into three schools. Every page serves the same arc. The philosophy is stated in full at the philosophy. The practical door is Start Here.
Who writes it
One person writes it. The impersonal voice of these pages is a register of conviction, not a claim to office. A single author stands behind it, and this page says so plainly. Everything here is an authored synthesis: one reader's weighing of teachers greater than the author, tested in the author's own practice and left open to testing in the reader's. It is conviction, not proof. Where it argues, its standing is philosophy. Where it transmits, its standing is tradition. Where it confesses, the Path holds it as faith and names it openly. None of it is offered as proof. Where the Path is wrong, the Path corrects the error and leaves the correction visible. A school that hides its revisions has already failed its own sixth thesis. The editorial method documents how claims are labeled, weighed, and revised.
The teachers
Many teachers stand behind this work. This is the one page that names them together. Rudolf Steiner supplies the developmental grammar; he is the most load-bearing and the most corrected. The Gospels supply the moral and spiritual center. The Buddha supplies the discipline of attention. Hermes and the Corpus Hermeticum supply the symbolic cosmos. Egypt supplies the ethical imagination. Historical Rosicrucianism supplies the form of the school. Eckhart Tolle supplies the modern bridge of presence. The ancestral-health stream supplies the stewardship of the animal body.
Each is named and weighed. Each is refused where refusal is required. Steiner's racial teachings are rejected outright. Tolle's perennialism is declined. The dietary dogma of the ancestral stream is turned away at the door. No sentence on these pages borrows authority from any of these names. The full accounting of what each teacher gives and where each is refused lives in the philosophy.
The Refusals
The Path refuses six things as philosophy, not as policy. Each contradicts a thesis. None can be waived.
- Rank and initiation-status are refused. The degrees measure comprehension, never persons. No one on this Path is initiate, adept, or master, its author included.
- Racial-spiritual hierarchy is refused. Steiner's racial hierarchy, essentialism, and antisemitism are rejected explicitly and without remainder. So is every doctrine that assigns spiritual value by race, blood, or ethnicity.
- Guru authority is refused. Freedom cannot be developed by obedience. No private intuition, the author's included, is ever a command for a reader.
- Medical overclaiming is refused. The practices are voluntary, reversible, and modest. They are not treatment. Distress is a reason to stop and seek qualified care.
- Perennialist flattening is refused. The traditions are not one teaching in different robes. Their agreements matter precisely because their disagreements are real.
- One-true-diet dogma is refused. Eating serves stated goals under honest evidence. Any diet preached as salvation has changed from tool to idol.
What is not claimed
There is no secret lineage behind this school and no initiatory authority within it. Nothing transmitted in private has been withheld from these pages. Deeper layers exist and are announced at the door. That is the difference between a gradient and a secret. No one here can initiate you, rank you, or stand between your conscience and your path. Practice, not assent, is the threshold. The Path measures itself, as it measures everything, by the quality of the return: conduct, in ordinary life, toward particular people.
